* To compete in a PRO QUALIFIER event, the athlete must present their Regional Certificate, which is obtained by competing in a REGIONAL event prior to the PRO QUALIFIER.
Regional Certificates are only valid within the same calendar year.
Athletes from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay may compete in a Regional event in any of these eight countries to meet the Regional Certificate requirement.
Other countries like Mexico, Brazil, etc. must compete in a Regional event in their own country.
If you are in a country where there are no NPC events, you may compete directly in the Pro Qualifier.
Starting in 2023, in the Mr. Olympia Amateur, if there are less than 15 competitors in a division, athletes will compete together and as many PRO Cards will be awarded as detailed in the table above.
In an NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier competition, if a division has less than 5 competitors, the division winner may petition for a PRO Card to the IFBB Professional League.
The petition must:
- Be submitted in writing to info@IFBB-ProLeague.com.
- Be sent within 14 days after the competition. After 14 days, petitions will be disregarded.
- Include official event photos of individual poses and all comparisons. For the Fitness division, include a video of the choreographed routine.
